Second film on Warp X Slate released
Olly Blackburn’s eagerly awaited thriller DONKEY PUNCH follows three girls on a hedonistic weekend in Spain. They meet a group of lads who take them back to their luxury yacht to carry on the party out at sea. Drink and drugs fuel the highly charged atmosphere on board but the euphoria abruptly ends when sexual boundaries are crossed, resulting in a horrific accidental death. The once idyllic and carefree afternoon rapidly turns to one of mind games, terror and a frantic fight for survival.
Written by David Bloom and Olly Blackburn, DONKEY PUNCH is the debut feature from writer/director Olly Blackburn. Produced by Angus Lamont (Late Night Shopping, Stella Does Tricks), the film stars a stellar young cast which includes Jaime Winstone (Kidulthood and Bullet Boy), Tom Burke (I Want Candy, The Libertine), Nichola Burley (Love + Hate), Julian Morris (Cry_Wolf), and new comers Robert Boulter, Jay Taylor and Sian Breckin.
