Talking To The Dead:
First episode on Sky Living Tuesday 15 October

 

Warp Films' two-part drama, Talking to the Dead, will be showing on Sky Living this week, with the first episode airing Tuesday 15 October and the second 17 October, both at 9pm.

Based on the novel of the same name by Harry Bingham, the two part drama is adapted for television by Golden Globe-nominated Gwyneth Hughes.

Talking To The Dead is set in Cardiff tells the modern story of wayward police officer, DC Fiona Griffiths (Sophie Rundle), who suffers from a secret history of Cotard’s Syndrome; a mental illness which has left her with a deep and peculiar empathy for the dead. Newly qualified as a detective, Fiona finds herself investigating the death of a prostitute and her young child. The two-parter is produced by Bonafide Films and Warp Films and stars Sophie Rundle (Peaky Blinders), Russell Tovey, Mark Lewis Jones, Michael Smiley (Kill List), Christine Tremarco, Keith Allen, Syrus Lowe, Lois Winstone and Adrian Schiller.

The first episode will be aired on Sky Living, 9pm on 15 October, with the second showing Thursday 17 October.
