GENERAL INFORMATION

Programme: view full line-up for WarpFilms10 Sheffield.

Opening times: doors are at 6pm. Please expect queueing and crowds between 6-8pm as this will be the busiest period of arrivals. The event will close at 4am.

Admission: in order to make the admission process simpler, please remember to bring all ID/Bank Cards/Print Outs/Tickets associated with your Ticket Booking.
 
18+ Only: may we remind you that the event is for people aged 18 and over only. You may be required to show ID at various points in the building, therefore please ensure you bring Photo ID
 
Access Requirements: please email email us here if you have any access requirements. We will do our best to cater for any needs.
 
Cash: Magna offer a cash back service, this is done via a member of Magna Staff at the Info Desk and there is a £1.50 charge per transaction, with a maximum limit of £50 per withdrawal. Some of the services throughout the night take card payments, however many do not, we recommend that you initially withdraw some cash before arriving at Magna.
 
Food: there will be a selection of food available to buy at Magna throughout the evening.
 
Cigarettes: Magna do not sell cigarettes on site. However, there is an outdoor smoking area, please ensure you bring any cigarettes you need with you on the night.
 
Clothing: some areas of MAGNA are quite cool in the winter months, please bear this mind when dressing for the event and bring coats.
 

 
TRAVEL
 
Parking: there are 500 parking spaces available at Magna. For this event we have decided not to charge for parking, instead Warp will be placing donation buckets at the entrance where those who are parking can donate to Magna instead. Magna are a charity and are grateful for any support from the public.
 
Public Transport: for your outbound journey, the most cost effective form of transport is public transport.
 
Train
The most convenient train stations to use are Rotherham Central or Sheffield.

From either of these stations you are advised to take the no.69 bus service direct to Magna. From Sheffield station walk to the Interchange (about 4 mins) to catch the bus. From Rotherham Central, turn right out of the station into the bus station and take the 69 bus (stop C1).
 
 
Bus
Bus service no.69 (Sheffield-Rotherham) stops right outside Magna.
From Sheffield city centre, buses pick up at the Interchange (stop C1), Paternoster Row, Arundel Gate (stops CS2 and AG3) and Wicker (stop WK1). From other areas of Sheffield, travel by local bus or supertram into the city centre and then change onto the number 69 service at the most convenient stop. For supertram it is best to change at Castle Square for the Arundel Gate stop AG3.
 
From Sheffield Interchange Bus Station (a short walk from Sheffield Train Station), the will take under 30minutes.
 
 
Tram
The nearest Supertram stops are at Carbrook and Meadowhall. You can then take a short walk to the no.69 bus stops, and this bus service stops right outside Magna.
 
Coach
If you are travelling by National Express coaches, alight at Sheffield Interchange and take the no.69 bus service to Magna.
 
Taxis
For your return journey, the Bus, Tram and Train lines will have stopped running before we officially close the event at 4AM. At this point we advise Ticket Holders to us a local taxi service, these include:
