Better Propaganda have named Prefuse 73 and his myriad monikers as their #1 artist of the decade!

The folks over at BP contend that Mr. Herren is an apt choice due to his gamut-running breadth of musical style and influence, not to mention their description of him as less "moody and depressed" than Radiohead.
