Following this year's release of Small Craft On A Milk Sea, Brian Eno will head to Canada for the launch of his generative art installation 77 Million Paintings.
The visit begins on January 6th at the Glenbow Museum in Calgary, as part of the 25th annual High Performance Rodeo - Calgary's international festival of the arts, including a live illustrated talk at Jack Singer Concert Hall.
Attendees will have an opportunity to hear Eno discussing time, art, culture and creativity. A second speaking engagement will take place in Vancouver on January 10th at the Vogue Theatre.
Conceived by Eno as "visual music", 77 Million Paintings is a generative, multi-media installation that utilizes shifting imagescapes and ambient sounds.
