The British Council’s Incubator Project is an ongoing project to bring British independent music expertise to South American countries, and to foster a cultural exchange between Latin America and Europe in return.
Warp are pleased to have been chosen as the label partner for 2009, and will present a showcase live event in Sao Paolo, Buenos Aires and Santiago, plus separate film screenings and a press conference in each city. The live events are headlined by Plaid live, alongside Bibio. Prefuse73 also joins the party in Buenos Aires and performs a separate show in Santiago.
Each city will also host a separate screening of the film All Tomorrows Parties (produced by Warp films) in theatre venues, plus a press conference and label presentation/Q&A session.
