The Role
This exciting global role is central to leading and coordinating all label teams in releasing music digitally and physically. The project manager works closely with Artist, management team and A&R to hone and lead the campaign that tells the unique story of the Artist’s work.

Responsibilities

Managing communications with Artist and management team throughout active campaign period
Release campaign planning, timelining, management, communication
Creating and tracking goals, KPIs and learnings
Building, approving and managing campaign budgets
Working with creative teams to ensure the timely delivery of campaign assets
Working with the Marketing and Digital communications teams to define and deliver a strong creative marketing campaign that effectively delivers the Artist story.
Working with Streaming and Sales team to deliver a strategic and successful campaign
Oversee the reporting of campaign activity, sales and streams
Continual analysis of campaign performance using analytics platforms to inform strategy and next steps
