Inferno Sessions – FAQs
1. Ticket & Entry
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
No – tickets are for personal use only and can’t be transferred.
What do I need to bring to enter?
Please bring your ticket (digital or printed). If you don’t have a valid ticket, entry will be refused.
I’ve bought two tickets, do we need to arrive together?
Yes - this is necessary to speed up access to the venue.
I bought a T-Shirt(s) with my ticket. Where and how do I collect it?
If you have purchased a T-Shirt you will receive a separate QR code(s) for your item(s). When arriving and checking in at the venue for the event you will be advised to present your QR code for scanning and will receive your item.
2. ID & Verification
Do I need ID?
We will ask for a valid photo ID to confirm your identity to access the venue, and to confirm age if applicable.
What happens if I don’t have ID?
You may not be allowed to enter if we can’t verify your identity.
3. Age Restrictions
Are the events age restricted?
Yes. Please see the event page for specific events details regarding age restrictions.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
No – all ticket sales are final. If you’re unable to attend and have purchased a T-shirt, we’re unable to ship it separately. In this case, you may request a refund for the T-shirt by emailing infernosessions@warprecords.com
What if the event is cancelled?
You’ll receive a refund for the ticket’s face value and for the full value of the T-Shirt(s) if purchased.
5. Resale
Can I resell my ticket?
No – unauthorised resale is not allowed.
What happens if I resell it anyway?
The ticket may be cancelled without a refund.
6. Event Changes
Can the event details change?
Yes – things like timings, programme, or line-up may change if needed but are not anticipated.
Will I be informed?
Yes – we’ll try to notify you if there are significant changes.
7. Entry & Behaviour
Can I arrive late?
No - there is a strict last entry policy, and the time is on the event page and emails you received - please check the email on the week of the event for the strict last entry time. If you arrive later than the last entry time for your session, details of which will be sent out in advance of the event, you will be refused entry so as not to disturb the session. This is for the benefit of all of the attendees who arrived on time and want to experience the music undisturbed and this must be respected.
Can I be asked to leave?
Yes - if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or abusive, you may be refused entry or removed. If you fail to comply with the no-filming or recording policy after the first 5 minutes of the first track, you may also be removed.
8. Filming & Recording
Can I take photos or videos?
Personal recording will be restricted. You may use your phone/camera for personal use only during the first 5 minutes after the first track begins - any other use including without limitation commercial use is strictly prohibited. After this period, no photography, filming or recording is permitted. Professional equipment is not allowed without our express written consent.
Will I be filmed?
Possibly – by attending, you agree that you may appear in photos or videos used for promotion.
9. Health & Safety
Do I need to follow venue rules?
Yes – please follow all instructions from staff and venue policies.
Are you responsible for lost items?
No – we’re not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
10. Data & Privacy
How is my data used?
Your data is handled according to our privacy policy and Ticket Tailor’s privacy policy.
